The terms that govern purchases submitted through the Larkwoven™ online store.
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, order submissions, product information, payment, shipping, returns, and related matters.

Store operator and acceptance
Larkwoven™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Haozhilian E-Commerce Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable store policies.
SECTION 02
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photos, dimensions, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Outdoor lighting, screen calibration, natural materials, manufacturing variation, and product photography can affect appearance. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions when identified.
SECTION 03
Order submission and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or decline an order when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing contains an obvious error, shipping is restricted, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.

Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and applicable charges are displayed during checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, currency conversion, and financial-institution charges may apply depending on the order and location. Payment is subject to the authorization and verification processes described in our Payment & Security page.

Order processing, carrier transit, tracking, and delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Limitation and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Larkwoven™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
